DVD MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
The DVD-ROM discs are designed for computer DVD drives. The product is NOT suitable for DVD players connected to TVs or home entertainment systems. We have made the movies as large as possible. Please check that your screen size is big enough to view them (see below).Minimum system requirements as follows:
1.8GHZ processor, 1 GB RAM, 128 MB Video RAM, DVD ROM drive capable of reading Dual Layer DVD's, 10 GB hard disk space, 1280 x 1024 Display
DVD MINIMUM SCREEN SIZE: The actual movies are 1280 x 800 pixels but the minimum screen requirement is 1280 x 1024 because browsers and menu bars add on some height. Please check that your screen is big enough. If you wish to use a smaller screen you must use the Browser Zoom, either from the browser's View menu or use Command-(minus) (Mac) or Control-(minus) (PC) until you see the navigation bar below the movie. The individual tutorials do not auto-play, but you can pause, rewind etc. and when a tutorial is finished it automatically goes back to tha main menu.
VIEWING: Both the E-books and DVD content can be viewed offline in (the new) Adobe Reader X
BROWSERS FOR THE DVD: Microsoft Windows XP with Internet Explorer 7 (or higher), Mac OSX 10.4 with Safari 4 (or higher) or Firefox 3 (or higher). Flash Player 9 (or higher)
DOWNLOADING EBOOKS
99% of the time downloads of the e-books go smoothly, but even the fastest and most reliable internet connections can at times slow down or have an unstable connection. Servers can occasionally go down for a short while. You have 5 attempts at downloading. With a fast 10 mb (effective) connection the typical download time is 2-3 minutes, but it can vary. If you are having problems please first check your connection, then wait for a little while and try again. If you've waited over an hour and tried 3 downloads, do email us and we will troubleshoot the link. If the link works from here, the problem will usually be on your internet connection or a firewall setting on your computer. We will then get it to you through our plan B delivery. We can guarantee that the e-books will get to you, but we are not always able to respond immediately (especially USA in the evening, when it's nighttime in the UK) and you may have to wait until the next day.

PAYPAL PAYMENT
Most Paypal payments are instant, but sometimes we get an e-cheque and we do not dispatch until the e-cheque has cleared. For downloadable items a link will be sent as soon as e-cheque has cleared. Please do make sure that your spam filter is open for all emails from Eureka Imaging Publications. Sometimes there is up to an hour's delay before Paypal notifies E-junkie of an 'instant' payment. If you are not taken straight to the download link, please check your spam filter after an hour. Our cart will give you options: Use Paypal (through your Paypal account) or the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. See special note on Credit Cards. As a third option you may still be able to pay with other credit cards in Paypal, by choosing the Paypal option and following the procedure described on this page. If you're unfamiliar with buying online, our little 'tutorial' may serve as a good general guidance for online purchase.
SPECIAL NOTE ON CREDIT CARDS
Occasionally transactions get declined. This can happen for various reasons, not always known to us. Remember, we are not a credit card processor, so please understand that this is outside our control. Before you contact us, consider the following causes:
a) If a buyer inputs a different delivery address to the one on the CC bill, this might throw up a fraud alert and cause decline.
b) If the name or address is spelled differently from the name on the credit card bill this might also be flagged up and declined.
c) If there are not enough authorized funds or credit, the card will decline.
d) If the card is close to its expiry date (less than a month) it may decline.
e) Sometimes there is an incompatibility with the particular type of card. This may be hard to troubleshoot, but look below:
We can troubleshoot it with Paypal (who actually process credit card transactions, just like Worldpay, Clickbank etc). For this, we'd need the email address you were using and the exact time you tried (+ timezone).

If you should need delivery to a different address, we'll be happy to accommodate, as long as you send us an email straight away after your order. (Exception: Nigeria – sorry!)
CANCELLATIONS
Instant payment transactions on e-books cannot be cancelled if the e-book has been download or even attempted downloaded (we can easily check this). We will always make sure that you get your purchased item, even if there should be a server problem. In the event that you change your mind on a DVD purchase, you must notify us immediately, before we dispatch. We will charge a cancellation fee to cover any postage costs and all fees incurred by Paypal, as well as an admin charge. This may total up to 25% of the purchase price if the item had been dispatched.
RETURNS
E-books are not returnable, as they are digital downloads. In the event that you should receive a faulty DVD ROM we will replace it with a new one. If the cover or is damaged in transit we will send a new cover. We do not replace products that have been damaged or scratched due to spill or wear and tear, but any carefully handled DVD found faulty within 3 months will be replaced. The return address is 25 Mendip Houses, Welwyn Street, London E2 0JW. Please email us in advance if you need to return an item.
REFUND
E-books are non-refundable. No refund on DVDs will be given if the product is used with hardware or software incompatible with the listed requirements. Please read our system requirements before you buy, and check out the contents listing and preview movie of the DVD to see if the content and style is suitable for you.
SHIPPING
Shipping (worldwide) is included in the purchase price. We use a reputable carrier – Intercity Communications Ltd, and ship to anywhere with a valid address. It is important that you enter your address correctly, and use the same address for shipping as the billing address. If you don't it's highly likely that Paypal or the credit card interface will reject your transaction and you will get an error message if your address is in the wrong format (for example numerical digits in the name, or no postcode). We are aware that some places don't have a postcode (for example Ireland). To get around this, put 99999 in the initial box in the shopping cart, and make sure that you put in your address correctly when you enter your details. We prefer if you enter your details in the old fashioned way, with capitalization on your name and address, and not use all-caps. It makes life easier for the carrier!

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes your country may impose on importing the DVD set. Although it is unlikely to happen, we can not be held responsible for delays in customs. We use a reputable carrier, and if a problem with customs occurs, we will do our best to help get your order released. Please email us if your purchase does not arrive within the timeframe above.
PLEASE CHECK THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS ABOVE carefully before you buy. If for any reason you think you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or is damaged by the customer.
