Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website. By using this website you accept these Terms & Conditions regardless of whether or not you choose to purchase any services or products, or rent any videos directly from the website, or by any other channels we may offer. If you do not accept these terms, you should not use this website.

This website and all of its content, including but not limited to all text, images, videos, and other digital media are owned and copyrighted by Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd and Gry Garness, and any individual copyright-owners of images/content.

These terms and conditions apply to the entire contents of the website domain eureka-publishing.com and to any electronic communications between Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd ‘Eureka’ and you. The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refer to you, individually, and the company you may represent.

Limited Licence And Intellectual Property

Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd grants you a limited license to access and make use of the website and the contents purchased from it. The website and its content, services and products are owned by Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd. As a condition of such a limited license, you agree to the following:

  • That Eureka only grants a single-user limited licence to one individual for each product purchased, and that Multi-user licences are expressly unobtainable from this website.
  • Not to download, reproduce or modify any part of the website, except with the express and prior written consent of Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd;
  • Not to resell or make any commercial use of this website and its contents or products, such as  videos, DVD, images, custom actions, custom tool presets, custom gradients, custom PS panels;
  • Not to reproduce, redistribute, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, sub-licence or otherwise transmit any part the website or its contents for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd;
  • The products can not be transferred to another user;
  • Not to make any derivative use of this website or its contents or products;
  • Not to use any supplied training/practice images for portfolios or showcases;
  • Not to use any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (images, text, layout, or form) of the website without the express written consent of Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd;
  • Not to pass off any ebook or video, or create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site or in Eureka’s products. Passing off is the European equivalent to Unfair Competition (USA), and implies anyone trading on the Company’s Goodwill, by misrepresenting a product in order to cause customer confusion. Passing off or imitating the design appearance and product get-up, or the Title or promotional phrase of any Eureka product or part of the Website is a Civil Offence (Tort) and will be pursued;
  • Not to claim ownership rights in any of the Copyrighted content on the website. We do not grant you any licenses to the intellectual property of Eureka Imaging Publication Ltds;

The copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights in all material on this website are owned by Eureka Imaging Publications or it licensors. If you breach any of the terms in these Conditions, your permission to use this website automatically terminates.  You are also advised that Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.

Terms For Internet Connection For Streaming Video And Downloads

Our Video On Demand (‘VOD’) products require a broadband internet connection of  minimum 15Mb for the HD videos. If the internet connection doesn’t work for streaming video in general, it won’t work for our videos, as they are designed to be streamed. Our videos are professionally encoded appropriately for streaming on tablets, computers and all hand-held devices and are hosted on distributed servers. A sample movie can be watched at the same high quality, serving as as test for your internet connection. This however, is no guarantee for consistent streaming, and your internet connection may vary due to time viewed (evenings are worst), device (iPads have weaker connectivity than most computers) wireless vs cable, and distance from wireless router.

The eBooks also require a good, stable internet connection for download, but can be read off-line after downloading. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary hardware, software and telecommunications to use our products. We cannot be responsible for the user’s internet connection; specifically:
The nominal speed of an internet connection is usually not equal to the download speed, and wireless connection or the quality of some devices may significantly reduce the speed, often to less than half.

We cannot be held responsible for erratic internet connectivity but we offer advice on the FAQ on how to get the best from your internet connection.

The above advice does not constitute a promise to make your internet connection capable of streaming. If the internet connection is not capable of streaming we can only recommend using another internet connection, with cable attached and the WI-FI switched OFF.

Eureka cannot be held responsible for changes in Internet Browsers or other user software issues, although we may make recommendations to that effect. If a user does not take our recommendation we cannot be held responsible for the compatibility of our products.

Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd endeavours to provide the VOD to its users on a continuous basis. We will to that end make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted service. However, from time to time, users may be unable to access the VOD due to conditions beyond our control. Such conditions include, but are not limited to: Force Majeur, power outages, and the acts of computer hackers, server downtime, increased internet traffic or downtime, programming errors, maintenance of the system. In response to any unavailability we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that access is restored within a reasonable time period.

Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd strives to provide the highest quality content to its users. To that end, we reserve the right to change, modify, improve or discontinue any product or service on this Site in whole or in part. Such changes, modifications, or deletions will be effective immediately, and notice will be made by posting such changes on this Site, on the relevant product pages.

Prohibited User Conduct

Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd reserves the right to monitor use of the website and the VOD. We reserve the right to revoke or deny access to the VOD to any person whose usage patterns of the VOD beyond that of normal patterns, that may suggest systematic copying of the videos. Access to the VOD will be revoked and denied if the user is found to be abusing the service by transmitting or recording videos. The terms ‘normal patterns’ and ‘abuse’ shall be determined solely by Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd.

The user shall refrain from installing, uploading or transferring any advertisements, texts, images or other material that in any way affects the enjoyment or services of the website, without the express permission of Eureka Imaging Publications Ltd.

The user shall refrain from installing, uploading or transferring any virus to Eureka’s computers, servers or databases, or those of our service providers, or violate Eureka’s security mechanisms, or attempt to corrupt the website in any way.

The user shall refrain from permitting or providing access to other individuals or groups to the VOD, using your user name and password or otherwise, or the name and password of another authorized user is strictly prohibited.

The user shall refrain from posting illegal, obscene, defamatory, violent, pornographic, abusive or threatening or objectionable text or images on the website or Blog.


Digital products are non-refundable.

We provide enough information and samples for customers to make a well-informed purchase. Please see the FAQ and product detail if you have any questions before renting or buying. We will only refund a product if you can prove that it is malfunctioning and cannot be delivered. Online products are reliant on a good internet connection, and VOD is only recommended for good broadband connections. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Make sure that you buy the correct product and the correct version of the product.

Make sure that you check and confirm the price in the shopping basket before you pay.

Make sure that you do not purchase the same digital product multiple times. You will receive an email as soon as you have purchased the item. If this does not show up immediately in your inbox, please wait a little while, and if it doesn’t show up at all, please check your junk filter.

Be aware that that Eureka does not actively charge you, but that you are responsible for pressing the Buy Now buttons, and making sure you don’t do that multiple times. Please be aware of browser windows opening under other open windows.

No refund will be given if the product is used with hardware or software incompatible with the listed requirements. Please read our System Requirements for the product carefully before you buy. If for any reason you think you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the item(s) are returned in a non-saleable condition or are damaged by the customer.


In the event that you should receive a faulty disc we will replace it with a new one. If the cover should be damaged in transit we will send a new cover. We do not replace products that have been damaged or scratched due to spill or wear and tear, but any carefully handled DVD found faulty within 3 months will be replaced.


The customer is responsible for reading the System Requirements and our Customer Policy before purchasing. Please do not purchase the same product twice. You will receive an email as soon as you have purchased the item. If this does not show up immediately in your inbox, please wait a little while, and if it doesn’t show up at all, please check your junk filter. We recommend that you whitelist eureka@eureka-publishing.com.


We do not accept cancellations on digital products, i.e. non-physical products. In the event that you change your mind about the purchase of a DVD, you must notify us as soon as possible. We will charge a cancellation fee to cover any postage costs and fees incurred by Paypal/payment processor, as well as an admin charge. This may total up to 25% of the purchase price if the item had been dispatched.

Customer Privacy Policy

We do not store any customer financial information, and we do not ask you to register any details with us. We do not share your email information with anyone else.


Our products are there to teach you, but we cannot guarantee that you will learn!

Modifications Of These Terms & Conditions

Eureka Imaging Publications reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any change to these Terms is effective immediately. The user agrees to check the Site for changes to these Terms. Any use of the Site after changes have been made shall be deemed as acceptance of those changed terms and/or conditions.
